This is the agreement between you and Acobot LLC (Acobot). To use WordTree (the Service), you must accept both this Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (the Agreement). You shall not use the Service if you do not accept any terms and conditions stated in the Agreement. Acobot may updates the Agreement in the future. You shall stop using the Service if you do not accept the updates.
You shall provide a valid and active email address to create your account for the Service. You cannot change the email address once your account has been created. The email address is the only way to reset your password in case you forget it. It is your responsibility to keep your password strong and safe.
The text, image, audio or video (the Contents) that are provided to you through the Service can only be used in associated with the Service. Unless specified explicitly otherwise, you shall not store, modify, or redistribute the Contents.
A FREE user is rewarded with one virtual dollar for each calendar day of using the Service. Using the service means taking one or more quizzes. One dollar enables the user to enjoy a discount of one US dollar when s/he upgrades to PRO plan. The earnings cannot be used for any purpose other than the discounting. The earnings are reset to null when the user does not use the Service for any calendar day.
A PRO user is eligible for a full refund if s/he uses the Service for continuous 21 calendar days starting from the day of upgrading to PRO. The money is returned to the Paypal or card account that is used to pay for PRO account. To use the Service means to take one or two quizzes. The refund is not available permanently if the suer does not use the Service on any calendar day in 21 days of upgrading to PRO.
Acobot provides the Service as is. As a FREE user, you shall not claim any compensation for the service interruption. As a paid PRO user, you agree the only compensation for the service interruptions that are longer than 24 hours is to extend the membership for the same hours. You shall not request any other compensations. Such service interruptions do not include the unavailability of service caused by your device, power supply, or Internet connection.
Acobot reserves the right to stop providing the Service to all or certain users at any time. As a FREE user, you shall not claim any compensation for the stop of service. As a paid PRO user, we will give you a partial refund by the portion of unused membership.
